It is written for business representatives who browse product information, prepare an RFQ or sample brief, use a WhatsApp link, or contact the company about the site.

The website is a local noindex concept and is not yet approved for production publication. The owner has confirmed the company email displayed on the Contact page. The final public domain, hosting provider, logging configuration, analytics, email handling, retention policy, processor list, and legal wording still require review before release.

The current contact, sample-request, and RFQ forms run in the visitor’s browser. When a visitor submits a form, the page assembles the entered fields into a WhatsApp message and opens a wa.me destination. The forms are designed to collect business-enquiry information. The fields vary by enquiry type.

• Name, company, business email, buyer country, and information associated with the WhatsApp account used to send the message
• Product format, estimated volume, destination country or port, application, target specification, packing or document questions
• Sample quantity, evaluation plan, courier note, sample relationship, and additional context when a sample is discussed
• The content of later correspondence, attachments, quotation inputs, and decisions that the buyer voluntarily sends

When a buyer voluntarily sends an enquiry, the company may use the received information only as reasonably needed for the business communication and applicable obligations.
